All Services Include:

  • 15- minute 'Discovery Call’ with me to determine your performance/nutrition goals and develop a plan to tackle them together.

  • Comprehensive nutrition assessment including (but not limited to): nutrition history, overall health history, workout/activity schedule, food likes/dislikes, Injury history, and supplement review/guidance.

  • Access to HIPAA Compliant medical system- Simple Practice-which makes meeting and working with me a breeze.

  • Secure ‘Chat’ Access via Simple Practice- to communicate with me outside of session times about updates/questions to address in future sessions.

Services:

  • Comprehensive Nutrition Consultation

    Approximately 60 minutes in length. We will assess your current nutrition status and discuss your nutrition and performance goals to determine the best way to reach them. Nutrition education and/or meal planning resources will be provided as indicated.

    This appointment type includes, but is not limited to sessions such as: Initial Appointments of all types, and Intensive Eating Disorder support.

  • Ongoing Support Nutrition Consultation

    Approximately 30m45 minutes in length. We will follow up on goal progress and adjust your plan/path as needed.

    This appointment type includes, but is not limited to sessions such as: follow ups for basic nutrition/sports nutrition needs, maintenance Eating Disorder support, and more.

  • Group Nutrition Education (Virtual or In-Person near Manhattan, KS)

    Length varies depending on your needs. I create and give a presentation and/ or resources tailored to your team/group and nutrition topic of interest. Examples of popular topics: Game day nutrition timeline, fueling foundations (nutrition basics for athletes), sport specific nutrition tips, REDS and what to look for, navigating fueling as a high school/college athlete, and more.
